gigmoa is a marketplace connecting customers with entertainment artists. We facilitate the booking and payment but are not party to the entertainment contract itself.
2. Payments
Payments processed via Stripe. Funds held in escrow until event completion.
3. Cancellations
See User Guide section on Cancellations for the current policy. By booking you accept the cancellation terms.
4. Disputes
Disputes can be opened within 7 days of the event. gigmoa reviews each case manually.
5. Liability
gigmoa is not liable for performance quality or no-shows beyond our standard refund policy.
