1. Profile setup
Add at least one photo, three audio or video samples, your category tags, and your prefecture. Profiles below that bar will not surface in search.
2. Pricing and offers
You can list package offers (set price, set scope) or accept custom briefs. We recommend at least one package — they convert better.
3. Bookings and escrow
When a customer books, the payment is held in escrow by Stripe. Funds release to your Connect account once the event is marked complete.
4. Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 14 days of the event require justification. Repeated cancellations affect your discoverability.
