1. Profile setup
Your profile goes online once it is complete: photos, a short pitch and story, your category and genres, at least one published offer and a connected payout account. The profile builder shows what is still missing.
2. Pricing and offers
You can list package offers (set price, set scope) or accept custom briefs. We recommend at least one package — they convert better.
3. Bookings and payouts
When a customer books, the payment is processed by Stripe. The payout to your Connect account is released 7 days after the event is completed, unless a dispute is open.
4. Cancellation policy
You choose a policy per offer (flexible, standard or strict); it sets the refund when a customer cancels. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the customer is refunded in full and the cancellation is recorded — repeated cancellations reduce your visibility.
