Additional costs

Internet connection costs are borne by the user. Travel or equipment costs apply only where stated in the offer or agreed in the booking.

Payment methods

Credit and debit cards and other methods offered at checkout, processed by Stripe.

Payment timing

Bookings: after the artist has accepted the booking. Tickets: at the time of purchase.

Delivery of the service

Performances take place on the date agreed in the booking. Tickets are issued immediately after payment as a QR code in the account and by email.

Cancellations and refunds

Bookings follow the cancellation policy shown on the offer (flexible, standard or strict), see section 8 of the Terms of Service. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially changed.

Operating environment

A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

Role of gigmoa

gigmoa operates the marketplace. The performance contract is concluded between the customer and the artist; organisers are responsible for their events.
