Create an account, browse artists by category, request a quote or post a gig. When the artist accepts, complete the payment to confirm the booking. The artist is paid only after the event.

For artists
Build your profile, publish an offer and connect a Stripe account for payouts — your profile goes online once it is complete. You can also browse open gigs and apply directly. Payouts are released automatically 7 days after the completed event, unless a dispute is open.
Payments
gigmoa uses Stripe Connect. Customers pay in JPY via credit card. The payout to the artist, minus the platform fee, happens only after the event is confirmed complete.
Cancellations
Every offer carries a cancellation policy — flexible, standard or strict — which sets the refund depending on how early you cancel. If the artist cancels, you receive a full refund. See section 8 of the Terms of Service for the exact time limits.
