Create an account, browse artists by category, request a quote or post a gig. When the artist accepts, complete the payment to confirm the booking. Funds are held in escrow until the event takes place.

For artists
Apply to verify your profile, connect a Stripe account for payouts, and start receiving requests. You can also browse open gigs and apply directly. Payouts are released automatically 3 days after the completed event.
Payments
gigmoa uses Stripe Connect. Customers pay in JPY via credit card. Funds are held in escrow until the event is confirmed complete, then released to the artist minus the platform fee.
Cancellations
Customer cancellations within 7 days of the event incur a 50% fee. Artist cancellations refund 100% to the customer and may affect the artist standing. See the full policy in the Terms of Service.
