How do I book an artist?
Browse artists, request a quote on any offer, and once the artist accepts you confirm payment. Funds stay in escrow until the event date so you can book with confidence.
What are the fees?
Customers pay the listed offer price. The artist receives the agreed amount minus a small gigmoa platform fee. There are no listing or sign-up fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full refund. Between 14 and 7 days you receive 50% back; less than 7 days a refund is at the artist’s discretion. Force-majeure cases are reviewed individually.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is taken via Stripe at booking confirmation and held in escrow. The artist is paid out only after the event was successfully completed.
Are the artists verified?
Every artist passes identity verification and a manual review of their profile before they can accept bookings. Verified badges appear on the profile.
How do I reach support?
Open a support ticket from your account dashboard — our team replies within one business day in English or Japanese.
